SAWBONES was a band cobbled together in 2018 from various pieces of the Alberta rockabilly and blues rock scenes as well as a chunk broken off from steampunk swing stalwarts Punch Drunk Cabaret. Veterans of a myriad of cover bands too numerous to mention and who have opened for the likes of Kim Mitchell, Trooper, Harlequin, The Stampeders, July Talk, The Sheepdogs and countless others, SAWBONES joined the hard-scrabble world of original music by releasing the first album, "Rejects" in 2019. Roots rock with a countrified, bluesy swagger and sweet harmonies.... this is the best dressed act you'll ever dance to. Watch for a new SAWBONES opus in 2026!
